We accept return requests for all orders within 4 days of delivery. No reason is required to make a return within this window. We issue 21-Day gift cards / store credit against returned items, unless you have returned the product due to a defect, in which case we can issue a whole refund. Orders placed before 5 pm are dispatched next day. Here are the expected delivery times from dispatch:
- Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad and other Tier 1 Metros: Upto 3 Working Days.
- Tier 2 Metro: Upto 4 Working Days.
- Rest of India: Upto 5 Working Days.

- Please note that certain pin codes in J&K and Northeast India may experience slightly longer delivery times. Additionally, deliveries may be affected by Sundays, national holidays, and state-specific holidays.
- The timelines provided are typical for over 90% of orders. Occasionally, unforeseen issues with our courier partners (DTDC, Bluedart, Maruti) may cause slight unexpected delays.
We normally ship all international orders within 48 hours at most. We use FedEx International Priority for shipping, ensuring reliable and efficient delivery.
Depending on the destination country, delivery times typically range from 5 to 8 working days after dispatch.

- In rare cases, some parcels have taken even two weeks for delivery due to unforeseen logistic issues faced by FedEx.

Our prices include Indian taxes like GST, and your order total includes shipping and transaction charges as well. However, any potential customs or duties that may be incured upon delivery are not included.

We accept returns in exchange for gift cards for requests made within 4 days of receiving your product. Please note, we do not have a pickup facility yet. When it comes to sizing accuracy, please note that each design has a different intended fit.
For instance, if our size chart suggests size 40 based on your chest measurement, order size 40. However, for loose-fitting items like Kaftans, the actual garment may intentionally measure 42 or 44 inches at the chest. If you have questions, don't hesitate to ask.
If you find that you prefer a different size after wearing the piece, you can request a return within the 4 day window. We recommend first-time international customers to contact us for further clarifications as size exchanges are not available outside India.
When you unpack your product, you'll find two tags: the 'Stitched Label' stitched onto the garment and the 'Hanging Tag' dangling from the product. Always verify the hanging tag – for example, if you ordered 'S (38),' the hanging tag should also indicate 'S (38).' If the 'Hanging Tag' shows any other size, even if the 'Stitched Label' says 'S (38), please note that, the size on the 'Hanging tag' accurately represents the dress's true size. You can verify this by measuring the dress yourself and check if the measurements match the 'Hanging Tag' and our 'Size Chart'.
We employ various manufacturers for different designs, and occasionally, their 'Stitched Labels' do not precisely match our size chart. This is why we always label the 'Hanging tag' with the correct intended size according to our size chart.
Shipping within India is free. However, for Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, we charge a nominal fee of Rs. 99. This COD fee applies only once per entire order, not for individual products.
